Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 28, 2026
Quantum Jump Club protects customer rights through a fair refund policy.
1. Quantum Prime Membership
Quantum Prime addendum effective date: July 16, 2026
Service becomes available immediately after payment. Before payment, members separately consent to immediate supply of the archive, materials, community and onboarding services, and acknowledge that withdrawal may be limited for portions already supplied.
The 7-day period starts on the day after the later of contract-document delivery or service availability. If the final day is a Saturday or Korean public holiday, it extends through the next business day. Unused service is fully refunded; if use has started, the value for actual days used is deducted without a cancellation fee.
After 7 days, customer-initiated cancellation is refunded after deducting the value used through the cancellation date and 10% of the remaining service fee. Coupon purchases are calculated from the actual amount paid, not list price.
Cancel monthly renewal before the next charge to retain access through the current period and stop future charges. An immediate mid-period refund ends access and uses the calculation above.
Archive views, material downloads, community activity, onboarding and event participation may be used as service-use evidence. Free bonuses have no separate refundable value.
If QJC is at fault or applicable law or consumer dispute standards provide a more favorable rule to the member, that rule prevails.
2. General Subscription Service Refund
Monthly Subscription
Unless a product-specific policy applies, refunds deduct used value and any cancellation fee permitted by applicable law and consumer dispute standards.
Annual Subscription
Unless a product-specific policy applies, refunds use the actual amount paid and deduct used value and any cancellation fee permitted by applicable law and consumer dispute standards.
3. Individual Course Purchase Refund
A full refund is provided within 7 days from the purchase date and with less than 10% progress. Refunds are not available after 7 days or with 10% or more progress.
4. Bootcamp Refund
Bootcamp programs have a separate refund policy. Please check the relevant program page for details.
5. Refund Procedure
- Singularity Builders > My Courses > Course details > 'Request refund' (100% within 14 days, 50% within 15–28 days)
- Select refund reason and submit
- Refund conditions verified and approved
- Refund processed to payment method
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed to the payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. Processing may be delayed depending on the card company.
7. General Refund Limitations (product-specific policy prevails)
- Subscriptions during free trial period
- When the refund period has elapsed
- When significant content has been consumed
- Event/promotional products (when separately specified)
- Usage restrictions due to terms of service violations
