Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 28, 2026
Quantum Jump Club protects customer rights through a fair refund policy.
1. Subscription Service Refund
Monthly Subscription
A full refund is provided when requested within 7 days from the payment date. After 7 days, a refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period, excluding the used period.
Annual Subscription
A full refund is provided when requested within 14 days from the payment date. After 14 days, the used months are calculated at the monthly regular price, and the remaining amount is refunded.
2. Individual Course Purchase Refund
A full refund is provided within 7 days from the purchase date and with less than 10% progress. Refunds are not available after 7 days or with 10% or more progress.
3. Bootcamp Refund
Bootcamp programs have a separate refund policy. Please check the relevant program page for details.
4. Refund Procedure
- Request a refund in Settings > Subscription Management
- Select refund reason and submit
- Refund conditions verified and approved
- Refund processed to payment method
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed to the payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. Processing may be delayed depending on the card company.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Subscriptions during free trial period
- When the refund period has elapsed
- When significant content has been consumed
- Event/promotional products (when separately specified)
- Usage restrictions due to terms of service violations
