Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions stipulate the terms and procedures for using the online learning platform service (hereinafter 'Service') provided by Quantum Jump Club (hereinafter 'Company'), the rights and obligations of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:
- "Service" refers to all related services provided by the Company, including online educational content, community, automation scenarios, etc.
- "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and conditions and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
- "Subscription" refers to a paid plan that allows members to use the service for a certain period.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These terms become effective when posted on the service screen or notified to members by other means. The Company may modify these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and modified terms become effective 7 days after notice.
Article 4 (Membership and Account)
Membership is established when the user agrees to these terms, enters membership information, and the Company approves. Members cannot transfer or share their accounts with others and are responsible for maintaining account security.
Article 5 (Service Usage)
Members may use the service according to the usage policy set by the Company. Service hours are in principle 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be restricted exceptionally when necessary, such as system maintenance.
Article 6 (Payment and Subscription)
Payment for paid services is processed through payment methods provided by the Company, such as credit cards and simple payments. Subscription services are automatically renewed on a designated periodic basis, and members can cancel their subscription before the renewal date.

Copyright and intellectual property rights for all content within the service (videos, text, images, software, etc.) belong to the Company. Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from content without prior approval from the Company.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not responsible for service disruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or service suspension by telecommunications providers. The Company does not intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties and is not responsible for them.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
In case of disputes arising from service use, the Company and members shall endeavor to resolve them amicably through mutual consultation. If consultation fails, the court of jurisdiction shall be the court in the Company's location.
Article 11 (Modification of Terms)
The Company may modify these terms when necessary within the scope that does not violate relevant laws. When terms are changed, the Company will post the changes on the notice board within the service from 7 days before the effective date.
