How We Work QJC and Partners

QJC contracts directly with the client and leads the project. Partners join through a project-specific engagement agreement with QJC.

QJC handles the complex design and coordination. Partners work alongside us project by project.

  • We run on Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes agents.

  • We sign the contract first, then bill by project.

Instructor

Teach corporate training sessions and workshops that QJC has already booked.

  • You've delivered real results with AI tools.
  • You have teaching experience.
  • You're comfortable presenting and taking questions.

You contract with QJC per session.

FDE

FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) is the model Palantir built and OpenAI and Anthropic have since adopted. As part of a QJC project team, you build AX on-site and hand off operations to the client.

  • You've built automations with Claude Code, Codex, or Hermes.
  • You're comfortable communicating directly on-site.
  • You can break down a hard problem and explain it clearly.

You work with companies of 50 to 300 employees, as part of a QJC project team.

Developer

Execute QJC's development projects: agent systems, automation, and web.

  • You work in TypeScript or Python.
  • You use AI coding agents in real work.
  • You can show a link to something you've built.

You join QJC development projects per engagement.

    Pass the check, and you're registered as a partner.

We assign projects when QJC has one booked, starting with partners who match the track and skill level required. How each project is assigned depends on the project itself.

Terms Contract and Pay

  • We sign the contract first.

  • You're paid per project or per session.

  • The specifics are worked out individually before the contract is signed.
