Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from My Page → Membership Management. All benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee.
Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?
Tokens refresh each month and unused tokens do not carry over. Tokens can only be used to download automation scenarios.
Can I watch all VODs while subscribed?
Yes, you have unlimited access to all VOD courses during your subscription. Access ends when you cancel your subscription.
When are workshops held?
Live workshops are held once a month. Schedules are announced in the members-only Slack channel and via email. Workshop replays are available within 48 hours after each session.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available within 7 days of subscribing if you have not watched any VOD content. After 7 days or if content has been accessed, refunds may be restricted.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support automatic billing via credit and debit cards. A reminder email is sent 3 days before renewal, and you can update your payment method anytime in My Page.
